With over 250,000 installations in 75 countries, MAD is trusted by designers, architects, and builders, and is beloved by homeowners.Who we’re looking for: Our Marketing Department is seeking a clever and driven individual to join us in expanding our online presence. The candidate must have substantial, hands-on experience with various marketing platforms and a passion to be creative. Our global presence necessitates a meticulous and well-organized individual with superb communication and project management skills.What You’ll Do: Ensure that digital marketing initiatives are coordinated across multiple platforms, including email newsletters and workflows, social media, and the web.Organize a variety of marketing-related projects, including but not limited to creative asset development, and updates, public relations, media opportunities, e-commerce collaborations, and tradeshows.Manage the posting of a content schedule across social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.Establish and coordinate a social influencer strategy by identifying key accounts, negotiating terms, and monitoring deliverables.Engage with customers on social platforms by replying to comments and messages and interacting with and reposting user-generated content.Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in social media management, including hands-on experience developing comprehensive content calendars and scheduling.Firsthand knowledge of Hootsuite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Dot Digital, Facebook Ads Manager, or equivalent platforms.2+ years experience in collaborative video asset development for marketing and customer service.Experience organizing email newsletters and workflow campaigns for at least 2 years.2+ years of experience cultivating and managing influencer relationships.Direct experience executing paid social media advertising strategies.Expertise in analyzing web and social data to uncover trends in customer interactions.Capable of working effectively both independently and collectively when working remotely.Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience of 4+ years.Nice To Have: Experience working with furniture manufacturers or related businesses and/or personal interest in or knowledge of the industry.The ability to operate with multiple brands in a global market.Netsuite or equivalent CRM software knowledge.Proficiency with Trello or similar project management and collaboration platform.In the Los Angeles area and occasionally available to capture product images/videos for social media purposes at the showroom and/or warehouse.Benefits:Fully RemoteUnlimited PTOMedical/Dental Insurance401kJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
