Job Description : | OVERVIEWThe Girlfriend Doctor (TGFD) brand is seeking a full-time, experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our remote team in the USA. The right candidate will have successfully worked for an e-commerce product marketing team in one of the following markets/industry verticals: nutritional supplements, beauty, skincare, sexual health, women’s health, influencer marketing, or general health and wellness products. Priority will be given to those candidates who have successfully scaled a scrappy, hands-on startup marketing team in support of ambitious, measurable, profitable goals.Our fast-growing brand and premium product line continues to bring our brand to life, we want to continue to establish Dr. Anna as a trusted voice and advocate in menopause, hormone treatment options, and sexual health. She really is “The Girlfriend Doctor” – The first call for a woman who has questions she would only ask her best girlfriend… if her girlfriend were a triple-board-certified OB-GYN.Our goal is to clearly and compellingly describe our brand’s programs and products to reach more audiences, in a personal and authentic way. We value their differences to help build a team culture that is safe, happy, and collaborative.QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years experience in consumer marketing across related key channels (Ecommerce, Advertising, Integrated Marketing, Influencers, Health, and Wellness).A hands-on attitude to dive in where needed.A solution-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to improve.Ability to work with the Marketing Manager and leadership team towards the overarching strategy to tactically and creatively execute plans and promotions.Exceptional communication skills.Experience or interest in women’s health and wellness.Ability to manage various projects and initiatives while remaining unflappable in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.Positive attitude, experience working remotely as part of a team. Hungry to do more.RESPONSIBILITIESWork with the digital marketing manager and team to implement the strategy, content strategy and execute various projects within varying channels of the business – Ads, Social Media, Email, SMS, Affiliate, Blog, SEO.Assist in implementing A/B split testing, website optimization strategies, landing page optimization, email marketing, email funnels, online sales funnels, shopping cart optimization, and persuasive sales copy .Help with the organic growth of our social channels and community (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Closed FB Groups, etc.).Edit and proofread materials, blogs, emails for brand consistency.Work with the marketing team to improve customer retention strategies.Manage a timeline for each project and ensure execution and accountability across multiple channels and team members.Lead branding, positioning, naming, and messaging of new products.Build and optimize sales funnels with tools like Active Campaign and SMS Services.Identify key competitors and research marketing best practices and provide recommendations for measurable improvements.Collaborate with internal and outside teams (Ads, Social, Content, Affiliate) ensuring quarterly promotions are planned and goals are met.Strategize product utilization: upsells, downsells, how to position across all platformsWork directly with developers, IT experts, and tech team to ensure systems and tools are integrated correctlyKEY PERSONAL SKILLSEffective Communication and Interpersonal SkillsTeam player with a go-getter attitudeA Critical Thinker and Problem SolverSelf Starter, Driven, Motivated, and Strong Work EthicEfficient Organizational and Time Management SkillsProvide Attention to DetailsAccountable and Dependable – delivers to commitments and deadlinesFlexible and Adaptable to the Organization’s and Team’s needsCreativity and the ability to Think Outside the BoxJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountFlexible schedulePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Remote position – warehouse has covid restrictions for shippingEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 2 years (Required)Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)Work Location: Remote |
