We are seeking a savvy Digital Marketing Manager well-versed in social media campaigns to create and execute customer-facing communications and collateral, upholding Byrnas consistent, high-quality look and feel. You will be working directly with our CMRO, internal resources both domestic & international, and our external business partners. In this role, you will develop and deliver marketing content for our events, website, customers, press, and media outlets.
Must be a go getter that takes pride in their work regardless of the task. We are looking for someone who can join this lean team and is ready to wear multiple hats and take on new challenges.
Understanding of core principles of search engine optimization both on page and off. The ability to define target and secondary keywords that will drive exposure and revenue for the brand.
Deliver experiences for a variety of digital marketing channels including writing, scheduling, and optimizing daily/weekly/monthly content across multiple social platforms, and working with editorial, social, and audience development leads to expand and refine social strategies as needed
Leverage SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and relevant to audiences
Execute advertising programs for the business in a fast-paced and competitive environment across all media channels inclusive of TV, social, digital, radio, and print. Vast experience executing paid advertising programs on self-service platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google AdWords, and Instagram will be vital to success in this role
Identify new areas of opportunity within existing placements and channels, as well as evaluate and test new technologies using market trends, internal data industry best practices to inform decision making
Create, manage, and improve all digital marketing systems and workflow processes
Develop compelling selling stories rooted in Byrnas Live Safe philosophy. Partner with Sales to create programs for key customers.
Collaborate on imprint focused branding, including social media, direct-to-consumer email campaigns (Constant Contact), and advertising for both imprints
Initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs, and sponsorships
Manage influencer partnerships
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience in apparel/gear, DTC, retail, or lifestyle brand. Brand Marketing experience required.
3 5+ years cross-platform digital marketing experience .
Possess outstanding strategic, creative, and storytelling abilities that will be necessary for the development of creative advertising materials in all forms of media. Be a content creator who offers solutions.
Working knowledge of major digital advertising platforms Google, Facebook with understanding of pricing, attribution and strategy.
Working knowledge of Shopify admin and understanding of core responsibilities Products, Collections, Pages.
Experience working with DRIP / Klaviyo or other Email marketing tools for Campaigns and Segmentation.
Ability to construct email from template in CMS.
Ability to define and segment audiences by various data points in CMS.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to resize / crop / alter images for advertisements or website assets.
Experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
Building and optimizing product listings.
Creating and managing FBA shipments.
Affiliate marketing experience working with publishers to build brand awareness and drive conversion.
Working knowledge of HTML / CSS that would enable you to create simple web pages for the brand.
Experience working to create content with bloggers, Instagram personalities and publishers to build DTC brand.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop/InDesign experience is a plus. Strong proficiency with photo resizing, audio and short-form video editing preferred.
Direct knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Marketing Solutions. Working knowledge of Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance against business KPIs and build new audience segments.
Experience with Shopify a plus.
