The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional — with strong experience in B2B marketing and a demonstrated ability to drive growth and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization. The candidate will have a deep understanding of integrated marketing and sales enablement, including all channel outreach, client journey development, account-based marketing, and performance tracking. What are we looking for you to do? Serve as growth adviser to clients who come from both manufacturing and service industries. Develop, maintain, and drive integrated marketing strategies and client campaigns Create and execute account-based marketing plans Design, plan and execute lead generation campaigns across various channel platforms Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success Provide growth consultation to multiple clients at once Can you bring the following? Deep understanding of integrated marketing challenges especially related to digital/mobile/social strategies including but not limited to content, email, digital ads, media buys, field activations, influencer relations, PR, social platforms, videography, print Strategic and business growth experience in a B2B-focused agency or similar Google Analytics or other analytics platforms, CRM, marketing automation platforms knowledge is a must Seamless management of all deliverables associated with a client(s), on all timelines, with inputs from a variety of directions and stakeholders Strong demand generation skills and client-centric mentality Exceptional presentation, leadership, and management skills A strong background in marketing/technical/digital marketing A work portfolio that demonstrates proven results in B2B brand development, content development and internal strategic operations Along with… 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on using marketing to drive growth and build relationships. Previous B2B marketing experience across varied industries Bachelor’s degree, with a focus in Marketing or a related business field, Master’s degree a plus.
