Job Description : Digital Marketing Manager (SEO, PPC, Creative Writing) Must be located in or willing to commute daily to Ennis, TX to work from our office. Marketing agencies and firms need not apply. Only an individual looking for a full-time on-site position.We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing and e-commerce efforts. Such an individual needs to have extensive knowledge to plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO), online paid advertising (PPC), and creative writing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things e-commerce, marketing, and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing and SEO strategies.This position will also collaborate on current web properties to optimize our e-commerce presence and ability to engage customers across web properties related to products, services, and value-added functionality to capture share of wallet and strengthen customer loyalty.Job duties will be split between two companies located in the same office. Techno Glow specializes in special effect pigment and paints such as glow in the dark, UV, and color-changing products. COBB Grill USA specializes in portable charcoal grills and accessories. There will be an opportunity for tremendous growth in the coming year, and we are looking for someone interested in pursuing those opportunities long-term.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlan and orchestrate all aspects of a strategic e-commerce plan with the team.Plan, manage and implement SEO and online paid advertising strategies for each brand.Research and identify target keywords and implement them within content and paid advertising campaigns.Content creation and optimization for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms as required.Develop and implement white hat link building strategy including 3rd party outreach, guest blogging, and developing shareable, evergreen content.Estimate and manage monthly budgets.Collect and analyze data, research competitors, and identify trends to achieve maximum ROI for paid search campaigns.Set up and manage PPC/CPC, remarketing, and social media advertising campaigns.Monitor and report on KPI’s, using Google Analytics, AdWords, and social insight tools.Generate monthly reports on SERPs and advertising engagement for each brand.Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.Use Tag Manager.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesProven SEO experience, including content creation, keyword research, and reporting.Understanding of digital marketing and how SEO/SEM fits into larger marketing initiatives.Knowledge of technical aspects of SEO (HTML mark up, canonical URLs, etc.) and the ability to implement as needed.Proven SEM experiences managing ad campaigns across search engines, particularly Google.A self-described data wizard able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new e-commerce strategies.Experience working with IT and Vendors on integration requirements.Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technologies, platforms, and tactics, especially in PXM, PIM, Chat, Personalization, Buyer Behavior, Marketing Automation, CRM, and reporting.Strong collaboration skills and experience working with key stakeholders.Strong, proven skills in digital marketing strategy and execution including web, social, paid, and other digital.Proficient in process documentation and mapping.Proficient writing experience for social media, product descriptions, marketing materials, newsletters, blog articles, etc.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for Pivot Tables, Grouping, and Data Validation), Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Minimum Education & Work RequirementsPrefer a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, but not required.3+ Years’ experience in SEO.3+ Years’ experience in digital advertising with Google and Bing AdWords. Knowledge of Amazon advertising is a plus.3+ Years’ experience with paid social campaigns on Instagram and Facebook. Twitter, Tik-Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest experience are a plus.3+ Years’ experience with Google Analytics.Excellent writing skills.A seasoned professional in the digital market, B2B and B2C experience is a plus.Extensive experience across e-commerce metrics and reporting.Must be authorized to work in the USA.Must work 40 hours a week on-site in Ennis, Texas.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $68,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you able to work on-site in Ennis, TX Monday through Friday?
