Job Summary: The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for collaborating across marketing channels and teams to develop, coordinate, and execute digital solutions that meet Aerotek’s business objectives. This position will partner with other marketing and channel leaders to implement brand, acquisition, and experience strategies and goals. This role works across marketing and technology teams that are responsible for brand/content production, digital media initiatives, social media, website/mobile experience and integration, job board experience and integration, lead acquisition and nurturing, data and analytics, and implementation of enterprise technologies to build the customer experience and increase marketing efficiencies. This role collaborates and advises how brands can be communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions can fit into broader customer experiences.
Essential Functions:
Create and deliver effective digital marketing recommendations using in depth knowledge of business objectives and online strategies.
Partner across marketing and technology managers and business leaders to develop and evolve ideas to bring together brand goals, customer needs, and revenue goals.
Influence, lead and work across marketing and technology teams by providing deep digital expertise, defining project objectives and goals and by managing and measuring success criteria.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap that incorporates SEO/SEM; digital advertising; marketing database, nurturing and automation; and enterprise technology tools.
Continuously consult with marketing and business leadership to refine goals and strategies, explore new channels, and analyze marketing data as business and marketing objectives evolve.
Serve as the primary marketing liaison with IT partners to understand enterprise technology direction, influence enterprise decisions, and integrate enterprise technology with marketing digital properties and tools. Provide recommendations about solutions and approach to Senior Marketing Manager and other marketing leaders.
Execute projects to be high quality, on time and on budget; effectively track and communicate project status, issues, timelines, etc.
Drive execution of multi-channel online/web campaigns to appropriately reach targeted audiences in accordance with business needs through very close collaboration with marketing partners.
Develop a strategy for activating/nurturing marketing database to re-engage customers in support of business needs.
Use data-driven decision making to test and optimize online campaigns to support business objectives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Education/ Abilities/Skills:
B.S. in Business / Marketing, Communications or related major or equivalent business experience
5-8+ years of digital marketing experience
Agency experience a plus
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred
Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver results through a position of influence
Demonstrated ability to both develop strategies and be hands on in the execution and management of solutions
Strong understanding of technical web concepts and experience managing national websites; experience with Content Management Systems.
Ability to drive initiatives at the pace of the organization, balancing organizational readiness with digital strategy
Excellent writing and interpersonal communications skills
Must have strong skills and experience in the following areas: marketing database, email, social media, display advertising, analytics and data-driven thinking
