Kutol is looking for an innovative marketing professional who will be responsible to develop, implement, and optimize Kutol’s multi-channel B2B digital marketing initiatives and content to achieve company goals. Job Responsibilities: Create and maximize multichannel campaigns/journeys using marketing automation platform (HubSpot/Pardot/Marketo) aimed at driving engagement/conversions. Utilize strong analytical ability to extract and analyze data as well as evaluate customer journeys across multiple digital channels and touch points. Measure and report performance of campaigns; assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Recommend enhancements to the company website; utilize WordPress to make updates. Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies based on campaign results, data and trends. Consistently scan competitive landscape for input. Drive data integration from Salesforce into the marketing automation platform to leverage contacts and customer data so that manual operations are minimized. Build and maintain social media presence. Create digital training tools and support materials, then effectively disseminate to partners for use. Create and manage eCommerce content (including imagery) for third party partners. Research and recommend technologies to evolve digital marketing toolkit. Develop and produce well-thought-out presentations in the form of PowerPoint, videos and webinars. Create and provide input related to branding, visuals, materials and other marketing tools Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by manager. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphics or related field preferred 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing utilizing marketing automation tools; experience in a manufacturing and B2B environment preferred Demonstrated experience delivering content for marketing campaigns, websites, and sales enablement tools as well as digital campaigns Knowledgeable in all things Google (analytics, search console, ads) Tech-savvy: Extensive understanding of Pardot/Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platform), WordPress and Microsoft Office Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, SEM Rush and Salesforce/CRM Highly proficient in SEO/SEM and PPC (LinkedIn/Facebook ads, Google ads, retargeting) Executional experience on the proper metrics of digital success and measurement opportunities Understanding of the practical application of social media in B2B marketing Excellent writing and proofreading skills; extremely organized with an acute attention to detail Highly collaborative and creative with an innovative mindset to discover and employ unique digital marketing techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills; be a good listener Be naturally curious- see the big picture and have ideas to “figure it out” Self-starter yet be collaborative with a team Benefits When you combine our shared-fate culture and 100+ year company stability with competitive pay and full benefits, we believe Kutol is a great place to work!!!
