Job Description : | Job Description As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Motor City Wash Works you will receive instruction from our Marketing Director and work alongside our marketing team. This position will be primarily responsible for creating, implementing, tracking, and maintaining marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Some of these marketing platforms include but are not limited to our website, social media, and CRM tools – Salesforce and Pardot. Responsibilities Conceptualize copy and other creative marketing assets for cross-platform use. Research and collaborate with the marketing team to define and implement an online consumer journey including automated responses and follow up messages. Assist the marketing team in clearly illustrating business goals and implementing marketing strategies to reach these goals. Create and drive new sales opportunities into conversations with our team utilizing Salesforce/Pardot. Understand and utilize knowledge of search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and conversion rate optimization. Oversee and create email, social media, and other autonomous marketing campaigns. This includes everything from the implementation stage to data collecting, reporting, and measuring performance, success, and consumer engagement. Stay up to date on new social media trends and changes to algorithms. Execute the integration of CRM tools with other platforms such as WordPress. Create and enhance data analysis reports and dashboards to aid in visualizing goal status and success as well as leads, conversations, click-through rates, etc. to assist in the decision-making process. Regulate Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Manage sales and marketing related resources while transferring accurate data into Salesforce. Implement Data-driven marketing allowing MCWW to respond to trends in real time, personalize messages, and enhance customer experiences. Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and updates in order to learn and implement best practices within Salesforce and educate others on their impact. Regularly review and improve Pardot automation rules. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field required (marketing, design, communications). 1-3 years of experience focused on marketing, content development, and marketing automation programs. Experience managing a large email database and creating a range of email marketing campaigns. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure and manage time in order to hit deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations). The ability to confidently communicate and present recommendations based on research, data, and insight. Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team. Experience with an email service provider. (SalesForce/Pardot). WordPress, HTML, and CSS knowledge. Possess extensive knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Knowledge and understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite. Maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial for this role.
