If you are looking for a marketing role within a growing field and the following description sounds like you, please apply!*Roles and responsibilities: *Create consistent and unique written/video content; exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.Execute marketing strategies after researching and using consumer behavior data and trends.Work to develop and maintain annual budget and monthly forecasts.Develop and execute materials to attract new customers including: Blogs, WhitePapers, Case Studies, etc.Utilize available analytics to gauge ROI of marketing efforts and make strategic suggestions based on business goals.WordPress Development as needed.Actively manage time while working on a variety of tasks.Assist the sales team using WordPress, HubSpot, HotJar, Leadfeeder and other plugins.Attend and capture photos of team events for social media and other users.Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of all activities and campaigns, reporting on these consistently to the CEO/Leadership.Actively monitor competitors’ marketing activities.Manage company and sales events from planning to execution.Working knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.Recommend and manage SEO/SEM campaigns as approved.Special projects as needed.Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications-related field preferred.Minimum of 4 years within a marketing, social media or communications role.Proficient in Google Suite with Photoshop and InDesign experience preferred.Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.Knowledge of HubSpot, MailChimp, WordPress and website design software is a plus.Proficient in using social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills is a must have. Must have proven ability to present to various types of audiences.Experience using SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics, HotJar, FullStory.Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video). Video creation and production are a bonus.Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.Must be proactive and be able to work independently with little or no supervision on a regular basis.Highly organized and multi task/project oriented with the ability to work in high-intensity environments.Experienced in working at a fast pace with changing priorities.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $90,000.00 per yearSupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location |
