Job Description : | Polytek Development Corp. is seeking a passionate, highly motivated business to business Digital Marketing Specialist. The job responsibilities include improving monthly web traffic, ecommerce sales, social platform engagement and metrics for multiple brands in a way that is true to their brand identity. Digital Marketing Specialist should have a solid understanding of ecommerce best practices, social media platform management and have strong project management skills. We are seeking a candidate who has experience in a broad range of digital marketing areas and likes to improve processes. Job Duties: Project management for a variety of digital marketing efforts including branding updates, new product release, digital advertising, search engine optimization, amazon optimization and user experience updates Collaborate with other departments (customer service, sales, product management, etc) to coordinate efforts and promote our products Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules Manage idea database for future content that will be useful to direct and ecommerce b2b customers Analyze success and manage digital advertising campaigns for optimal ROAS Generate newsletter copy and manage email marketing platforms using best practices Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Set up and optimize company pages on social and ecommerce platforms to increase the visibility of company’s social content Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Build relationships companies/people who are active on social media and find user-generated content to repost, share on website, use in marketing or promotional materials Engage and maintain relationships with social media audiences via messages, comments, and more Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Manage video content, channel and description optimization on YouTube Cut down pillar pieces of content into usable social media clips for all channels Use Adobe Spark or other applications for post design, header photos, and more Other duties, as assigned Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Extensive time working on computerTalk, hear and vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Marketing Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist and managing multiple brand identities Preferred experience in industrial or business to business marketing and ecommerce Preferred experience in building out digital marketing plans and/or ecommerce sites Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Fluency in English All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. |
