Become a part of our awesome team!Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for design, creation, and delivering marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. This position is responsible for the day to day, technical execution and development of digital marketing strategies and campaigns and collaborates with various stakeholders to build, test, and deploy digital marketing initiatives. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, and social media is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of industry practices, concepts, and procedures is required.Essential Functions: Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertisingCollaborate with members of the marketing team to create coordinated marketing campaigns and messaging.Create and test new email design templates that align with the brand guide and help improve readability and sales performance.Design, build and maintain our social media presence across digital channelsEnsure that the brand message is consistentSocial media commentsConduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being usedMeasure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaignsPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsExecute paid social media campaignsAnalyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimizationIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceWork with department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategiesCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersStaying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing worldKnowledge of video and picture editing software such as AdobeMust be able to juggle multiple projects at the same timeExcellent attention to detailProblem solving skillsExperience with Dot Digital, MailChimp or similar platformHubSpot experience preferredEducation & Experience: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in relevant field2-4 years of digital marketing experience in a professional environment, preferably within health and wellness industryExperience with segmentation, email versioning, and A/B testing regimen (subject lines, layout, creative, time + frequency, segmentation, etc)Knowledge of SEO, social media, and using digital marketing software such as DotDigital.Skills: Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skillsAbility to meet tight deadlinesCreative mind with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new email contentAbility to make independent decisionsJob Requirements: Willingness to be based at the company’s physical location near Austin, Texas areaWillingness to work over standard 40-hour work week as necessary to drive resultsEmployee Benefits: Paid Time OffCompetitive CompensationPaid HolidaysHealthcare insuranceDental and Vision insuranceLife Insurance401(K) retirement program with company matchHSA (Healthcare spending or reimbursement account)Employee product discountsA great company culture with a teamwork attitudeExcellent managers who really care about their staffTexas residents only.
