Overview: SNIPES is looking for a creative and data-driven individual to join the Digital team as our Digital Marketing Specialist. This individual will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning and optimization of our digital marketing channels focusing primarily on Email, Push, and SMS Marketing. Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns that drive users to engage with various content resulting online sales and conversion Manage the Email and SMS Marketing calendar aligning with product releases, customer profiles, company initiatives and business trends Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including merchandising, creative and digital to manage campaign design, setup, and execution Design strategies to strengthen customer retention and optimization of email messaging through segmentation and customer profiling Implement lifecycle marketing campaigns using enhanced segmentation and personalization Measure and analyze performance metrics and data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to refine channel performance proactively and continuously Improve key channel KPIs (subscriber growth, open rate, CTR, conversion, opt-out rates) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications Minimum 1-3 years of Digital Marketing experience managing email marketing preferably in a fashion and/or lifestyle brand Proficient in the complete Microsoft Office suite Extremely detail oriented Excellent writer and communicator (written and verbal). Experience with SMS marketing Experience with ESPs, email segmentation and dynamic personalization. With experience creating data-driven decisions through A/B testing, campaign reporting and dashboard analysis Experience with automated flows (welcome series, browse & cart abandon, post-purchase, etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret, synthesize and convey the meaning and significance of data Understanding of digital marketing tactics, trends, and best practices Experience with coding HTML & CCS as it relates to email Experience within an omni-channel organization a plus Experience with Sales force, Attentive, or Cordial a plus Cultural Success Factors Enthusiasm for the brand Consumer Obsessed Collaborative nature Skillful communicator Adaptable and Flexible Disciplined and self-motivated
