The Digital Marketing Communications Professional is comfortable with various aspects of digital marketing, from updating and deploying emails to creating and posting social media campaigns. This role will work to support, optimize, implement, and complete digital marketing tasks across various channels that may include web, fax, email, social and phone. The Digital Marketing Communications Professional is a ‘doing’ task-focused role with duties that include tracking campaign progress, handling general digital marketing activities, and supporting business growth through existing and new campaigns. Familiarity with specific tools is less important than the ability to grasp and the ability and comfort learning new technology/tools.
A sample “Day in the Life of” for this role could include the following: work assigned tasks via a task management tool (Asana), build product categories in Excel, upload product categories into ecommerce admin tool, enable Heatmaps and online surveys for newly launched page, upload marketing materials for rep access, pull marketing materials metrics, send blast fax through fax service provider, support web designer by repurposing HTML for social and ecommerce campaigns, update website content, support SEO (search engine optimization) by tracking and logging search engine keywords, all while working collaboratively with a team.

The IDEAL candidate must have:
Technical and functional skills that include experience and familiarity with paid search, SEO keyword analysis, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and LinkedIn and Facebook advertising, SEO keyword analysis, and the buyer’s journey
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
High-level Proficiency in Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel specifically)
Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that could include PPC, SEO, and Email Marketing, SMS, and ecommerce
Comfortable working as a liaison and cross-functionally if and when needed
Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Data-driven decision making- Ability to pull data and analyze it to make data based recommendations
Creative thinking to expand our digital presence, social media presence.
Ability to work independently and with team of copywriters and graphic designers in an efficient manner.
Skilled at picking up new applications and navigating through technology
Technical Abilities to work within HTML to edit UTM’s and HTML code; experience can range from beginner to more advanced
Experience using and working with Microsoft Excel
Great with details, follow-through and organization; Strong communication skills and unafraid to ask questions
Develop and refine digital marketing campaigns and messaging aligned with business goals
Proactively work with your manager to prioritize projects, create and manage project timelines.
Propose and implement campaign ideas and tests to then evaluate results for improvement
Support simultaneous Marketing initiatives and ad-hoc sales support requests
Ability to create and update tasks in a task management tool
Assist with the setup and management of SEM channel development
Assist with social media marketing efforts
Provide additional support to Marketing team as needed
Experience and understanding of the user journey and lead generation
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in industries that support pharmaceuticals, physicians, functional medicine, holistic health, wellness, and/or any other comparable health field
Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and/or SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
Experience with organic and paid advertising, that can include Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and/or Facebook Ads
