About the position:

Talroo is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who will contribute directly to our B2B demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate is eager to work together with multiple team members in addition to being proactive, resourceful, and efficient. This person is passionate about learning and growing their marketing skills, and playing a key role in cutting-edge initiatives. This role will focus on marketing and outreach to the hospitality industry (restaurants and other franchises). They thrive in a fast-paced environment, have solid organizational skills and an ability to manage priorities, and work individually and as part of a group. This is a hybrid role, that can work locally out of our Austin, TX headquarters office.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist at Talroo, you will:

Be a core contributor to the execution of key marketing efforts, including Account-Based Marketing and hospitality-focused efforts
Work with superiors to define and drive the strategy and testing of new marketing initiatives
Work cross-functionally with the Sales and other teams in addition to Marketing
Analyze performance of our efforts against goals and recognize opportunities as they arise
Communicate and report on performance to the larger team
Manage paid media campaigns in platforms such as LinkedIn, 6Sense, Facebook, and Google, among others
Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective communication

What we’re looking for in a highly competitive candidate:

2+ in paid digital media (paid search, paid social, display, etc)
Proven ability to learn and grow
High energy, self-directed team player
Multi-disciplined approach to work, comfortable with data while also have strong communication skills
Have an analytical mindset and rely on data to make better decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry (specifically franchising) preferred
1-2 years experience with the B2B or Recruitment industries preferred
1-2 years experience with Salesforce, marketing automation (Hubspot, etc) preferred
Must be fully authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without Employer Sponsorship
