| Job Description : | ResponsibilitiesIt is the responsibility of the Search Specialist to deliver top-of-the-page results across our portfolio of websites. As such, this individual will analyze, review and implement changes to a wide variety of client websites to ensure they are fully optimized for search engines while maximizing site traffic and improving page rankings.The Search Specialist will analyze websites for improvements, have an in-depth knowledge of keyword research, understand SEO copywriting, and work well with other in-agency staffers including design, content, social media, and programming professionals.They will also test and implement testing for various search engine marketing techniques, website layouts, and advertising for search engine optimization.Furthermore, they will also strategize, create, manage and maintain a variety of local, regional, and national paid search campaigns.This individual must be an independent problem solver and decision-maker, with the ability to prioritize and develop relevant and engaging content.RequirementsQualified candidates will possess extremely strong organizational and professional communication skills and the know-how to acquire and manage relevant backlinks, curate internal links, tracking codes, and have expertise within Google Analytics, Search Console, and AdWords.A degree and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience are required, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, programming language, WordPress, blogging, and experience with semrush.com, spy.com, and/or other similar research and reporting similar tools.Compensation Starting pay $19 per hour plus benefitsParking includedGym membership & Yoga studio includedThis is an in-agency position.
