Reporting to the head of marcom, this person will have an above and beyond attitude, demonstrate professionalism and initiative, and possess outstanding work ethic. You’ll have a hand in a wide range of marketing functions, including content marketing, content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks, and SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing in order to maximize ROI.Every day will be different. This is an ideal role for someone who has a proven track record in marketing optimization and would like to drive strategy for SEO, SEM, and web analytics at a fast-paced company where each person’s contributions make a tangible impact.What You Get to Do: Develop a comprehensive SEO and SEM strategy to drive website traffic and conversions.Manage content, keyword, and URL audits to improve search engine relevance and inform content marketing strategy.Develop, analyze, and report on A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and deliver on program goals.Improve the customer experience and optimize conversion by reporting on, making recommendations, and managing updates to corporate website based on data analysis and usability testing.Leverage customer insights and constantly monitor competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend strategies and tactics.Build knowledge of the market, customers, competitors, and partners to create compelling content with story-telling that brings our brand to life, writing professionally with on-brand tone.Understand how all aspects of digital and content marketing work together to build brand recognition and pipeline.Partner with Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, to understand and deliver cross-functional analysis around overall marketing tactics to inform brand and content marketing.What You Bring to the Role: 5+ years of digital marketing experience including 3+ years of SEO optimization (content and technical) either in-house or at an agency.Understanding of keyword research, SEO content strategy and optimization, on- and off-page SEO, and overall understanding of the technical factors that go into organic rankings.Strong analytical skills, proficiency using tools for SEO (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz STAT, Google Search Console), web analytics (Google Analytics), intent (6sense), CRM (Salesforce and Marketo), and website (WordPress and Pathfactory).Extremely organized, with a strong sense of accountability and operational excellence.Quick study with endless intellectual curiosity; responsive to changing information with your finger on the pulse of new dynamics.Bachelor’s degree with proven track record of career progression in data-driven marketing.#LI-Remote#LI-JSConviva is the leader in streaming media intelligence, powered by its real-time platform.
