Job Description : | Summary: The Digital Media Specialist will act as a key Client advocate at MMi for all Digital audit engagements. Responsible for presenting Digital audits to Clients when appropriate, responding in a timely manner to Client questions, leading Client education and training sessions, and engaging with the Client’s agency to gather data necessary to conduct the audit. The Digital Lead will also support the MMi Sales team and Account Directors on Digital questions necessary to respond to RFPs and Client and prospect inquiries.The Digital Media Specialist will collaborate with MMi’s Marketing Director to plan and develop thought leadership content to position MMi as an expert in the Digital media space. The Digital Lead will have the opportunity to plan and host webinars. The Digital Lead will help shape the direction of Client deliverables, including providing insight and guidance on relevancy, industry benchmarks, and value.Regular interaction with Clients via email, phone, video conferencing, and in person as applicable.Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Conduct business with a Client-first mentality and respect for the family-first culture that MMi has builtPresent Digital audits to Clients, MMi internal teams, and AgenciesPrepare ad hoc memos to Clients addressing unique audit findings, issues, or industry developmentsCollaborate with the MMi Data Visualization team to prepare deliverables that use data to “show and tell” the findingsCoordinate with the MMi Account Directors to ensure deadlines are met and any deviations are quickly addressed and solutions implementedUtilize Tableau to generate quarterly confirmation reports and conduct ad hoc analysis of Client Digital campaignsGenerate data-driven Insights for each audit that will enhance the Client’s Digital media practiceAuthor blog posts covering the Digital media ecosystem in coordination with MMi’s content calendarFacilitate internal Digital education efforts with Sales, Account Directors, and other MMi business groupsFacilitate timely and accurate exchange of data between agencies/vendors and MMi data aggregation toolsAttend conferences, industry trade shows, and Client eventsAbilities: Passionate and articulate storyteller who enjoys communicating data driven findings to Clients and C-Suite stakeholdersAn inquisitive lifelong learner who welcomes the opportunity to learn new material, both technical and non-technicalPossesses a teacher mentality and can discuss technical concepts with lay people in a confident and conversational mannerMaintains equanimitySkills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills (presentations, memos, email, phone, etc.)Knowledge of the U.S. digital media supply chain including Display, Mobile, Social, Video, and CTVMS Excel, Word, PowerPointAsana (preferred)Tableau (preferred)Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree3+ years of experience with Digital media (agency side or ad tech provider)Prior experience with Digital media planning and buying preferredJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Digital Media: 3 years (Required)Work Location: Remote |
