| Job Description : | The Digital Merchandising Content Specialist is responsible for following digital merchandising best practices and maintaining and updating product information via Content Management and PIM (product information management) systems ensuring that the content, data, and the overall experience will meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.Please apply at:https://jobs.dart.biz/job-invite/101791Day-to-Day Role:Ensure all product content and data housed within Dart’s content management platforms is accurate and follows the correct product marketing strategyMaintain product data, content and images with exceptional accuracy and attention to detailWrite keyword rich product descriptions to be used on dartcontainer.com, solocup.com, and partner websites coordinating with internal groups responsible for setting product marketing strategy and ensuring that products are discoverable via searchGuide the development of new assets created by internal creative services team to be used to support e-commerce and digital marketing effortsConduct merchandising reviews of partner websites in order to assess Dart’s product content to make recommendations to improve Dart product contentMaintain an exceptional understanding of our product lines, customers, and consumersEstablish project plans, regularly monitor and track progressUtilize customer feedback via ratings & reviews, feedback, questions and answers, comments and customer satisfaction surveys to identify content optimization opportunitiesExecute project plans, regularly monitor and track progressCollaborate with digital marketing teammates to ensure marketing content is in line with overall customer experience strategyCore Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:Associate degree or the equivalent of four years of experience in a PIM (Product Information Management) system(s) required.
