What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a digital marketing craftsman/craftswoman who lives and breathes the entire Digital marketing ecosystem. This position is new for Prologis and we want the person who loves to do groundbreaking work, loves a challenge, and loathes the status quo. You must be capable of developing and executing on strategies that will measurably improve business metrics. The ideal candidate brings skills spanning demand generation, marketing automation, paid media, analytics, web strategy and user experience. This role will support brand and product marketing, providing strategy and execution of marketing tactics across earned, owned and paid channels.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a key partner to Product and Brand teams to handle interdependent requests and provide updates on digital capabilities by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of digital functionality needs.
Seek opportunities to improve our digital capabilities and better “connect the dots” ensuring a consistent omnichannel experience.
Contributes to the design and implementation of a global digital marketing strategy, including web digital strategy.
Crafts and communicates governance processes for digital channels.
Establishes and reports against Digital Marketing-specific metrics. This includes providing regular snapshots of digital performance, extracting engagement insights, and making recommendations on optimizations.
Contribute to digital tagging/tracking process, ensuring that website components and links have appropriate tracking and reporting on engagement.
Serve as the marketing lead on several integrated campaigns, leading the implementation, including creative and content development, across all channels (web, social, email).
Create an analytics program to set goals, build tracking mechanisms and gather and interpret data for campaigns. Analyze and optimize campaigns to drive greater efficiency and results.
Advance the goals of Digital Marketing as we support the needs of the business. This includes applying a solid understanding of digital methodologies, recommending new technologies, and advocating for enhanced digital capabilities.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or communications preferred) or equivalent experience required
7-10 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expanded responsibility within a digital marketing organization
Experience with managing agencies and consultants to improve the company’s marketing programs and performance.
Leveraging analytics to identify key trends and data to inform the broader strategy.
A highly collaborative nature with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization; strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Demonstrated examples of strong strategic, analytical, organizational and presentation skills
Experience designing and implementing robust digital journeys, leveraging a wide range of digital marketing channels
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work through ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset
Hands-on experience with web analytics and CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)
Familiarity with web design and online best practices
