This position can be based anywhere in the United States—remote or in-office. Our hybrid distributed workforce philosophy allows us to find the best talent in the country and build diverse teams, while allowing our colleagues to work from the location that works best for them. For those who prefer to work in-office, we have locations in San Francisco and Pittsburgh. We also plan to use these spaces to bring together teammates to drive creativity and innovation.
The Role
As our Demand Generation Leader, you will lead a growing team of marketers focused on developing and driving channels that grow our customer base of real estate investors. Reporting to the CMO, you will build and manage the team and a dedicated budget to reach more prospective customers and grow adoption.
Responsibilities
In this player-coach role, with a multi-million dollar annual budget, you’ll drive strategy, set priorities, define and execute growth campaigns, take acquisition marketing programs to the next level.
Develop full funnel growth marketing strategies supporting various customer profiles in order to grow our customer base.
As a data-driven leader, you will lead growth across paid advertising, referrals, content partnerships, SEO, and more. You will be responsible for driving new customers to the business across existing and new products and markets.
This leadership role is critical to the company. We’re looking for an experienced growth leader who will balance strategic and analytical thinking with creativity, moving seamlessly from big picture thinking to executional excellence.
You will build and manage a small but mighty team and work closely with marketing colleagues and cross-functional partners to build and activate a learning agenda– testing and optimizing programs.
You are experienced in managing and developing performance channels, with expertise in digital advertising and more.
You are always curious, deeply interested in testing & learning, and open to questioning the status quo. You bring know-how of how to apply best practices and utilize the latest marketing technologies to improve customer acquisition strategies.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment and are flexible and nimble in your approach.
You own marketing funnel testing, driving cross-functional teams to increase conversion rates on performance marketing funnels.
Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of leading successful digital performance campaigns. 7-10+ years experience in growth marketing, digital demand generation, SEO.
Experience with offline performance channels (radio, TV, OOH, direct mail) a plus.
Managed $5+ million / year budgets
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Technically savvy; ability to navigate modern marketing technology including digital advertising (Google, Facebook etc), tableau, intent data, web personalization, and web traffic analysis platforms (Google Analytics, SEM Rush etc) preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with various global stakeholders while being able to work independently to complete projects
Excellent organizational skills and can multitask across teams, projects and priorities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Start-up experience a plus
Experience with B2B demand generation, Salesforce and marketing automation (preference for Marketo) a plus
