Job Description : MSC Cruises USA is hiring for a Director of Marketing Analytics & Database. This role is responsible for overseeing a small team and providing insights and analyses across all marketing efforts, growing the direct marketing database, and driving lead generation efforts with the goals of maximizing demand and efficiencies across all marketing channels.MSC is offering all of its employees a hybrid work schedule made up of two days in the office per week (Fort Lauderdale or Miami) and three days from home. We also offer excellent benefits including generous medical, 401K match and vacation package, plus a great discount on cruising.Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with marketing team members to understand and deliver on their ongoing reporting needsProvide ongoing past guest profile reports and analyses to aid in media planning and other marketing targeting effortsWork with the integrated marketing team on direct marketing campaigns and efforts, help launch new direct marketing channels (i.e. SMS/MMS) in according with database best practices and U.S. privacy regulationsManage overall lead generation eco-system from roadmap, to lead ingestion, to lead generation ROI reportingWork closely with Outbound Sales team to support their performance reporting needsDeliver lists pulls needed for marketing campaigns and digital marketing effortsDevelop and deliver database snapshot reports to monitor the database health and growthDevelop and execute direct marketing database growth strategyWork closely with corporate counterparts in Geneva, Switzerland on centralized tools and platforms such as the consumer databaseTrain, motivate and develop team members, currently consisting of two analystsJob RequirementsBachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred10+ years experience in leading a team and leading marketing analytics, database management, performance marketingDemonstrated experience in marketing analysis, database growth and management, and lead generation.Familiarity with CRM technology including marketing automation platforms and CRM tools; experience with Marketo a plusComfortable working in a cross-functional, multi-national companyKnowledge of U.S. first party marketing privacy lawsPrevious experience in leaderships roles and developing high-performance teamsResults oriented and strong attention to detailProficient with SAS, BI tools, Excel and Google AnalyticsVISA REQUIREMENTSUS Passport or Green CardMSC is an e-Verify employer Part of the MSC Group, MSC Cruises is the market leader in the Mediterranean, South Africa and South America, and sails year-round in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
