Bain Capital seeks to create lasting impact for their investors, teams, businesses and the communities in which they live.SUMMARY:The Director, B2B Performance Marketing will deliver qualified lead flow through campaigns forprospects and customers. You will create and execute lead generation programs that createengagement with users throughout the buying cycle. The ideal candidate will bring acombination of strategic planning skills, the ability to identify unique and creative marketingsolutions to drive growth, digital marketing expertise, and operational excellence.You have a proven history of analyzing data to make decisions, and launching campaigns thatreach, engage, and inspire audiences to action. You have significant experience executing andanalyzing the performance of marketing campaigns that drive top of funnel lead flow andconversions throughout the sales funnel. You will be excited by the opportunity to buildmarketing programs and develop new ways to modernize our demand efforts.You will continuously challenge the status quo and look for ways to maximize performance. Youwill take calculated risks and experiment and maintain a constant cadence of testing with rigorof measurement and analysis. You will work across functional teams to develop new processesto yield improvements. Performance will be measured on qualified lead volume, pipelinecoverage targets, cost per qualified lead, customer acquisition costs by channel and revenuegrowth.You are a data and digital centric marketer. You are adept at project management and areknown for your attention to detail. You’re seen as a go-to person to get things done. You areself-motivated and reliable, with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.You demonstrate thoughtful problem-solving skills and mature, polished business acumenbased on years of demand generation experience. You understand the importance ofcommunication and the value of tight cross-functional relationships as well as within your team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Translate business goals into effective integrated marketing campaigns for key products and customer segments in support of quarterly goalsDesign a comprehensive Demand Generation strategy spanning inbound and outbound and including SEM/PPC, social, display / retargeting, events, webinars, website/SEO, review sites, email, syndicated content, and account-based marketingExecute and operationalize the Demand Generation plan across all channels including detailed reporting and ROI analysis. Continuously optimize program performance and quality by leveraging best practices in digital and email marketingIdentify and test creative new strategies to generate or mature leadsDevelop relationships with vendors who can help expand the depth, accuracy, and quality of our prospect databaseOversee the mix of marketing programs and events needed to achieve quarterly and annual goalsGain, maintain, and proliferate an intimate knowledge of our buyers and their most pressing challenges through market research, analysis, and direct customer conversations with Product MarketingPartner with Product Marketing, PR, Sales, and SDRs to develop integrated marketing campaigns and identify the best content and best message for each product and channelDevelop a multi-channel ABM program, working in close partnership with SDR and Sales leadershipRegularly report on spend across all channels, ROI, and pipeline developmentBuild and maintain lead nurture programsREQUIREMENTS:5 – 7+ years managing demand generation strategy in a B2B saas companySelf-starter with the ability to lead and influence co-workers across other functions; proactive and adept at building strong working relationshipsExcellent at project management, data-driven decision making, reporting, and analyticsDeep experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and ABM platformsCreative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideasExcels at communicating with others, whether while writing, speaking, or presentingAble to thrive in a rapidly growing fast-paced environmentExperience in Sales or Sales Operations are a plus.Job Type: Full-time
