| Job Description : | OVERVIEW: Directs and controls the overall department responsible for digital marketing. Develops and delivers marketing policies, practices and strategies to attract customers to the company website and online presence. Oversees all e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels. RESPONSIBILITIES: The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification. It is not necessarily descriptive of any one position in the class. Develops marketing plans to enhance online products or services; builds and implements the overall digital marketing strategy and inbound marketing plan Develops all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns Oversees the development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels Leads the digital marketing team in identifying and evaluating existing and new digital technologies and using analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns and display and search advertising Oversees all the company’s social media accounts Collaborates with various business stakeholders and provides guidance to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence of the company’s website Analyzes online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership Plans and executes digital marketing budget; maximizing opportunity for each campaign and measuring ROI. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field with eight (8) or more years comparable/related experience as a Digital Marketing Director including management or supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Master’s degree preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS: None KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong working knowledge of different digital marketing channels Strong working knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software Knowledge of web design procedures Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage and prioritize projects Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to think strategically and contribute at a senior level Ability to delegate, manage and supervise effectively Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships Skill in Microsoft Office applications Ability to travel 20% of the time. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Functions involve the ability to exert light physical effort usually involving some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds). May involve some climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking or standing. ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. Functions are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances.
