Job Description : | Description: As the Director of Marketing you will:Develop and grow a high performing, metrics-driven, customer acquisition organization made up of campaign management, digital marketing, and marketing operations.Lead strategic development of multi-channel direct and digital channel acquisition campaigns including but not limited to search, display, email, social, website, direct, events, inbound, account-based marketing, and content marketing initiatives.Maintain and maximize the Navvis website and social media channels (including, but not limited to the Navvis Blog, LinkedIn, and Twitter) to create compelling content to build an audience and drive Navvis’ thought leadership, public relations, branding, awareness, demand generation, product marketing, and sales support programs.Develop and deploy innovative demand generation campaigns to help contribute to Navvis’ content marketing and events programs, including speaking, trade shows, conferences, Navvis events, industry events, and influencer events (academic, industry associations, etc.), both in-person and virtually, to facilitate meaningful interactions with prospects, partners, customers, and Navvis’ senior management team.Work closely with product marketing to define go-to-market strategies, buyer personas, value proposition, messaging and content needs to serve Navvis’ “concierge marketing” approach to connect with prospect C-Suite executives at hospitals and health systems, physician groups and organizations, and health plans to support the company’s goal of “making value-based care markets” nationwide to improve patient/population health outcomes and achieve better financial results for providers and payers.Work closely with product marketing, marketing communications, brand & engagement, market outreach and development and sales to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment.Ensure a highly productive relationship with sales and Navvis’ senior management team, driving strong alignment on campaign strategy as well as pipeline and win rate objectives.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of end-user purchasing behavior and industry trends to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs.Optimize targeting, creative, media and budget allocation to maximize effectiveness and ROI.Assess new trends and drive continual improvement of the customer acquisition portfolio.Meet and exceed pipeline development goals and other leading indicators of demand.Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline.Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.What Success Looks Like in this Role: Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns cost effectively with clear ROI focused metrics.Expert in B2B digital marketing, marketing automation, lead conversion, nurturing programs and marketing analytics.Big picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail.Proven experience scaling demand generation programs through technology, data and process.Strong analytical skills and metrics-based decision making.Excellent listening and learning skills.Excellent verbal and written communications.Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.Knowledgeable in WordPress content management system.Knowledgeable in building an audience on social media platforms.Knowledgeable in managing trade shows and events.Experienced in managing copy writing and graphic design teams..
