| Job Description : | Client is a real estate investment firm based in VA. We acquire and manage real estate assets in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, with a specific focus on VA, NC, and SC. Additionally, through our owned subsidiary Construction. We manage a wide range of construction and capital improvement projects for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. We are looking for a driven Director of Marketing to develop and lead the execution of marketing and branding strategies across multiple platforms and business lines. This position is vital to the company’s success and will report directly to the company COO. Responsibilities · Lead the design and execution of firm-wide marketing and branding initiatives. · Campaign ideation, project management and implementation of marketing programs targeted towards prospects, customers, and channel partners. · Lead the design and positioning of firm marketing and branding collateral and ensure that they are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging. · Execute online (SEO, PPC, etc.) and offline marketing/lead-gen campaigns. · Plan and organize events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences. · Leverage marketing automation tools to manage lead generation activities. · Assist in analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization. · Coordinate with external vendors on various projects (websites, digital marketing, and the production of marketing collateral, etc.) · Administrative tasks to support the marketing, sales, and design departments · Oversee internal marketing efforts Requirements · BS degree in Marketing or relevant field. · 5-10 years of marketing experience. · Proficient in Power Point, Photoshop, Adobe, and other relevant software. · Work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality results. · Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions. · Strong project management skills. · Knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and strategies. #INDW3 |
