Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Product Marketing & Campaigns Director responsible for developing and aligning our Marketing strategies and plans with our business units and then executing effective marketing campaigns to help achieve outstanding business results. The successful candidate must have strong product marketing, marketing campaign, leadership and analytical skills, with a results-oriented approach and proven track record of delivering marketing impact. You will deliver global, multi-channel campaigns that generate impactful results leveraging integrated campaigns, distribution partners, content marketing, digital initiatives, social media and new product introductions. In this highly visible role, you will help drive new initiatives and make a large, daily impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities
Build, plan, implement marketing strategy aligning business unit and sales stakeholders
Effectively develop strong relationships with Business Unit and Sales leaders
Work with Marketing leadership to develop best-in-class campaign strategy and execution that supports Marketing’s performance goals
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned to our business unit strategies in close coordination with digital marketing, business unit teams and sales to increase customer engagement and generate leads
Ensure campaign managers project manage all campaigns from beginning to end to meet the target objectives, in close coordination with the rest of the marketing team
Leverage multiple channels including programmatic (display & video), SEO/SEM, email campaigns, events, account-based marketing, webinars, social media and mobile to accomplish outstanding campaign results
Develop and manage strong distributor partner relationships aligning distributor partner marketing activities to drive results for campaigns and our company overall
Champion content strategy aligned to the design engineer’s journey in support of audience engagement
Ensure timely reporting of campaign analysis, ensure regular communication of results to key stakeholders, leverage insights in development of future work.
Develop a set of dashboards/reports that communicate market campaign effectiveness to senior management focused on campaign KPI’s
Champion and enable agile campaign testing to test campaign strategies, measure for effectiveness and make rapid changes to maximize campaign performance.
Prepare and manage marketing campaign budget to achieve campaign objectives
Stay up-to-date with latest Go-To-Market strategies and marketing best practices as well as develop your team to improve their marketing capabilities and results
Develop Sales Enablement tools and assets to assist the field in closing design wins
Attract, motivate, develop, and retain highest quality team members.
Lead, manage and motivate the marketing strategy and campaign team to achieve goals
Qualifications
10+ years Marketing experience with direct work experience and deep understanding of global multi-channel marketing campaign best practices and analytics required
5+ years of Manager / Director-level leadership experience exceeding goals
Strong understanding of how all current marketing channels function and best practices in integration to maximize impact, including familiarity with distribution channel marketing
Understanding of marketing technology – Marketing Cloud, CRM, marketing automation, CMS, ABM, email tools, SEO/SEM, analytics etc.
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Experience overseeing agencies, creative/media budgets, and campaign measurement
A track record of working cross-functionally with business unit, marketing, & sales teams
Experience building relationships and working closely with business unit leaders to successfully tackle challenging business problems
Experience in developing and implementing sales enablement tools and programs
Relevant semiconductor industry experience is a strong advantage
A strong leader capable of developing, coaching, managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required
Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and balance a portfolio of programs
Excellent written, verbal communication and executive presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in STEM field or Marketing/Digital technologies or relevant field required
MBA desired
