The Marketing Director is a key position in the company working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy while achieving business goals. This role is best suited for experienced, highly-motivated, and creative individuals that possess a great attitude and strong problem-solving skills.Objectives of this RoleLeverage external best practices and collaborate with the leadership team to uncover insights, while implementing marketing and branding strategies for new and existing productsOversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established customer base and managing consistent growth by securing new customersIdentify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of the team’s annual marketing budgetUnderstand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable priorities for marketing teamJob ResponsibilitiesManage and develop team of marketing and eCommerce associatesSpearhead the conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional periods to drive interest and sales while keeping financial success markers as a top priorityManage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, conversion, A/B testing, and reportingMake decisions on promotional modifications and changes when daily goals do not meet the requirements, and execute the direction needed to pivotCombine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to develop a superior brand and shopping experience for customersOversee email marketing strategies and journeysManage and implement social media strategyLeverage best practice research to implement latest marketing trendsJob RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related fieldAt least 4-5 years of supervisory experience required5+ years’ experience in eCommerce (retail, apparel or fashion verticals preferred)Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsProficient user of Microsoft Office, Google Analytics and GSuite programsKnowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channelsPreferred QualificationsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsWork Environment/Physical Demands:Office, Manufacturing and Warehousing EnvironmentAreas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weatherAbility to stand for longer periods of timeBenefits & Perks:Your needs, and those of your family, are unique to you.
