YETI is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, innovative, and creative marketer who can independently manage multiple projects and outside agencies, with a proactive and positive can-do attitude. This role will oversee and manage Paid Social Media and Direct Mail as part of YETI’s Direct to Consumer Business. The eCommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning strategy and execution of performance paid social media and short form direct mail, including all targeted campaigns, CRM driven automations, behavior-based triggers, and life cycle marketing programs, for both our US and Canada businesses. This role will report to the Senior Manager eCommerce Marketing in the US HQ in Austin, TX with a partnership with the Canada based eCommerce team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self‐starting, direct-to-consumer-focused marketer who has a passion for using channel marketing to create meaningful 1:1 consumer experience, individually and at scale. You thrive in fast-paced environments with entrepreneurial DNA, and you’re comfortable charting new territory. You aren’t afraid to run with ideas and understand YETI’s consumers and how to serve them with marketing content that helps drive education, interest, and conversion. Responsibilities: Own and drive the ideation and development of customer marketing strategies in performance paid social and short form direct mail marketing Project manage, from design briefing through execution, all outbound, consumer-facing paid social and direct mail marketing Perform day-to-day marketing activities including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and collaborating with outside agency partners for deployment Ensure that program engagement KPI’s are maintained against set baselines for Return on Ad Spend and Revenue per Customer goals Working with the Sr. eCommerce Marketing Manager and Segmentation Manager, analyze channel and customer data in order to draw insights and make recommendations for driving business results through campaign optimization Align with cross functional partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness Working with the CRM team drive collaborative audience strategies and customer loyalty strategy alongside the email and SMS channels, identifying joint trends and opportunities Manage, prioritize and deliver on ad hoc requests Qualifications and Attributes: BA/BS in Online Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related fields At least 6 years of experience in paid social media and direct mail marketing Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Direct Mail solutions Hands-on experience with product feed solutions and software Knowledge of developing and executing digital marketing campaigns strategies and roadmaps Comfort collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders Knowledgeable in CRM, customer analysis, strategy, and reporting Ready to bring and pilot new digital advertising and customer acquisition and retention tactics across the paid social landscape Excellent written and verbal communicator Positive, highly motivated self-starter YETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. #LI-JM1 #LI-Hybrid Privacy Policy (select your country) United States \| Australia \| China \| Canada \| United Kingdom \| European Union France \| Germany \| Italy \| Ireland \| The Netherlands
