We never miss an opportunity to celebrate each other — from birthdays, new houses, weddings and more!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Publication coordination (electronic and printed) including managing editorial calendarsWork with internal staff to help coordinate the weekly digital newsletter and event-specific newsletters, including collecting, revising, and creating content, production, proofreading, and coordinating reviewIdentify shareable articles, blogs and other content for social mediaWrite and develop copy for a diverse range of marketing materials (brochures, emails, website, conference prospectus, membership renewals, etc.)Edit and proofread all communications for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and styleWrite and edit compelling media materials including, but not limited to, pitches, messaging, press releases, advisories, letters to the editor, op-eds, white papers and guest columnsServe as primary point of contact with editorial submissions and peer review or editors, troubleshooting technical issues and developing requirements as needed for new or modified processesHave a deep knowledge and understanding of all Ngage clients’ offerings and processes to be able to increase advertising sales within publicationsProvide support in tracking client advertising and sponsorship deliverablesWork with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategiesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or designMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a comparable position (preferably with association experience)Strong customer service focus and relationship buildingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of business acumen, analytical skills, and interpersonal abilityExcellent project management, delegation, and decision-making skillsAbility to think strategicallyExcellent computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Teams, Asana, Zoom, databases)Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employeesGood interpersonal communication skills are required; this position will work closely with a cross-department of employees, other departments, clients and volunteersKnowledge in Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design is a plusJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
