We were also named a “Best Place to Work” by BuiltIn NYC, and continue to operate our headquarters out of Union Square in Manhattan.About the Role:The Email Marketing Manager will be an expert in all things email marketing, having the keen ability to know how to get the right message to the right prospect at the right time. In this role you will design the email marketing strategy; implement and manage email programs using HubSpot, Groove, and other tools; and use data analysis to drive all strategy and tactics as well as reporting on program performance for email campaigns.Responsibilities: Develop email marketing strategy across the company including targeted email campaigns, automated sales engagement, email nurture programs, triggered emails, and other customer lifecycle communication.Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact, multi-touch email campaigns that inspire prospects and drive acquisition.Develop landing pages and work with other members of the growth marketing team to optimize for conversion from email marketing programs.Work hands on in HubSpot, Groove, and potential other marketing automation, customer lifecycle marketing, and email marketing tools to implement email marketing programs.Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to optimize performance of email campaigns and programs.Work closely with the database marketing and revenue operations teams to segment and target email campaigns and programs to optimize for marketing objectives and outcomes.Regularly report on email marketing performance across campaigns and programs, including reporting on performance to targets and industry benchmarks.Collaborate other members of the marketing team and other colleagues in the company to ensure that email marketing strategies and campaigns are well designed, executed, and integrated with other channel and content strategies.Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, TCPA, GDPR, CASL, etc.).Stay abreast of trends in email marketing, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle marketing bringing new ideas and innovations into the company and serving as an email marketing expert within the company.About You: 3-5 Years Relevant Working ExperienceExperience accelerating an email marketing program from startup to growth stage tacticsDemonstrated track record as an email marketing manager in a growth stage B2B SaaS software company.Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and other email marketing and marketing automation tools.Be interested in the youth sports industry.Bachelor’s DegreeWilling to come to the Northeast at least a few times a year (but full remote is ok as well for this role)Working at LeagueApps:Equity GrantsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Parental Leave coverageWe’ll pay for your sports leagues (and your kids sports leagues)!Cell Phone and Gym Subsidies and CitiBike discountsCulture and work environment that emphasizes teamwork, passion, learning, and fun.
