Pyramid Analytics is looking to hire an Email Marketing Manager to be responsible for our end-to-end email marketing strategy. We are looking for someone who can balance technical and creative strengths.

From a technical standpoint, areas of focus will include email deliverability, open rates, click-thru rates, targeting list segmentation, nurture program management, and A/B testing.

That’s not meant to overshadow the creative side, though. Creative copywriting is crucial to this role, as you will be working very closely with our content marketing team. We’re looking for someone who can adapt content into crisp, engaging marketing and promotional emails that drives engagement.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel including email content production, contact strategy development, list management, segmentation, development, QA, deployment, testing, and optimization, as well as analytics and reporting
Collaborate with marketing team members on demand and lead generation activities, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement in top-line and bottom-line growth and meet goals
Collaborate with sales to provide email templates and guidance on outbound strategies
Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies and optimize campaigns based on learnings and business needs
Ensure solid deliverability through monitoring inbox deliverability, unsubscribe/spam complaint rates, and other deliverability metrics
Track and communicate results, success metrics, and recommendations for improvement
Seek opportunities to improve email development process / support model-driving efficiencies and faster time to market
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of email marketing expertise, including CRM management, responsive design, deliverability, list segmentation, and best practices
Experience with Hubspot lists, emails, and workflows
Experience with A/B testing methodologies
Prior success with lead nurturing programs, triggered emails, and marketing automation and content personalization efforts that have demonstrably improved conversion and engagement
HTML skills and experience with HTML editor tools
A base knowledge of Photoshop
Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
