This role requires extensive experience in Eloqua, a leading marketing automation technology. The Email Marketing Specialist will work directly with Campaign Management and the Email Marketing Manager to execute on email campaigns including all required assets within the platform (HTML emails, segments, forms, dynamic content, etc.). Email Marketing Specialists are responsible for building, editing, testing, and deploying marketing automation journeys and email communications.The Email Marketing Specialist should have a thorough understanding of the business, competitors, ideal customer profiles, and their corresponding email marketing goals. This knowledge and information will enable the Email Marketing Specialist to create email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing activities, etc. accordingly.Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: Serve as the technical subject matter expert in marketing automation – Identify and implement email and marketing automation best practices to improve customer experience and drive business results. Work with Campaign Management to gather campaign requirements and translate business needs into technical execution for email campaigns. Must help decide the best course of actions (e.g., blast, trigger, nurture email programs) to accomplish campaign goals.Drive the email execution best practices – Build, edit, test, and deploy marketing automation journey and email communications in Eloqua to acquire new customers and to engage and grow existing customers. Automate repeatable processes in the technology for scalability. Ensure compliance (CAN SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.) while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data.Develop repeatable segmentation processes – Work with audience stakeholders to identify segmentation criteria based on data triggers from the CRM, audience behavior, demographic, firmographic, geographic characteristics, etc.Determine marketing automation-related tools and capabilities – Support development and execution of marketing automation roadmap by identifying opportunities to leverage existing and new technology for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Email Marketing Specialist Qualifications: 2+ years experience working in Eloqua required.HTML coding experience.2+ years of marketing experience preferred.1+ years’ Workfront (or similar work management solution) experience preferred.Strong critical thinking, analytic, and problem-solving skills (“no detail is too small” attitude).Strong sense of urgency and experience in deadline-driven roles.Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor’s Degree – degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications a plus.Project management experience preferred.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location Hope, the above sources help you with the information related to Digital marketing Jobs.
