Come, be an integral part of a creative Marketing team. We’re looking for a loyal, ethical, graceful, and driven Marketing Specialist, who constantly evolves, to join the Marketing team at their brand new 80,000 sq foot headquarters in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for the compliance, and accuracy of marketing campaigns because there are no second chances when it comes to a Marketing Team.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage email marketing campaigns including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization
Develop strategic customer segments and drive relevant content to each through creation of smart email lists
Develop lead generation strategies for unique customer segments
Define campaign goals and KPIs, and work alongside the creative team for the right creative, graphics, copy, and timing to achieve them
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on campaign scheduling, targeting, procedures, and campaign results
Strategize and build automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle
Analyze and report weekly on overall email trends and campaign performances including open rate, click through, and landing page behavior
Constantly review, tweak, and optimize email campaigns to maximize ROI
Align email calendar with marketing, promotions, and events calendars
Provide strategic input for 3rd party email initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve automation, personalization, customer experience, and new channels such as SMS or web push notifications
Responsible for email compliance
Ensure CRM data supports successful email campaigns
Email Marketing Specialist Must-Haves:
BA/BS or 3+ year’s email marketing experience from a strategic and executional capacity
Experience in MailChimp, Klaviyo, or related software
Critical thinker with a sense of ownership and pride
Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
Proficient using marketing automation tools and technology
Experience with CRM data management, including understanding of how information flows from one system to another
Lifelong learner who stays ahead of the curve on digital media and email marketing trends
Ability to track trends to identify new, innovative ways to evolve strategy, grow audiences, and drive conversions
Strategic mindset that thinks in terms of both short and long-term ROI
Ability to multitask, balance several projects, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
