We build software that is used by internal staff, external partners and our clients. Our platforms help businesses gain access to capital in fast frictionless ways. The iBusiness Funding Marketing department is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Position Description:
This role offers tremendous freedom to conceptualize and implement new templates, programs and technologies. You will re-imagine existing templates to drive traffic, create an engaging narrative within email and cross channel marketing. You will work with a team of designers, web developers and content creators all focused on challenging the status quo.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, define and prioritize email strategy, campaigns, and templates
Maintain email systems, regularly monitor and test delivery, IP reputation etc.
Attend daily Agile standup meetings with Marketing team
Provide weekly KPIs and metrics reporting to business stakeholders and Marketing Manager
Provide weekly reporting on progress of planned projects
Work with Marketing Manager to establish timelines, and KPI’s
Work with internal stakeholders and Marketing Manager to identify and achieve strategic business goals
Qualifications for Success:
3+ years in Email Marketing role
Deep understanding of HTML/CSS related to email templates
Solid knowledge of email services like Pardot, HubSpot
Team focused
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in English, oral and written
Extremely detailed oriented
Exposure to Salesforce.com and or AWS cloud services is a plus
Strong understanding of SQL, CMS and CRM technologies
Thrive in an agile, fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of the position are typical of those found in a traditional office environment. The Email and Digital Content Associate will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and talk both in person and over the phone.
