We’re now seeking an email & web content editor to join our collaborative marketing team. Summary The Email & Web Content Editor/Coordinator will support mdg’s digital execution for email and website updates and support for key clients. They will be instrumental in supporting the execution of effective digital efforts for our clients. Responsibilities include email design, coordination, coding, list development, testing, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Using images and text provided, responsible for coding emails for clients in a variety of email platforms, both in WYSIWYG editor and HTML. Work with account leads to ensure email lists/segments and preference centers are in place and mapping correctly. Ensure proper tracking is configured in client marketing automation platforms across campaigns to enable proper across channels reporting. Keep track of marketing analytics weekly (open rates, CTR, etc.) and provide monthly client reports and recommendations on optimal send times, data management & all analytics related to email and communicate trends to the team. Proactively provide campaign performance to stakeholders and give recommendations to optimize campaign results. Work collaboratively with members of the account services and digital teams to optimize campaign efforts to meet campaign goal Qualifications: 2-4 years of professional experience in association, business, agency and/or marketing related field Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing related field Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, and experience working with one of the following: Acquia, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc. Experience in optimizing campaign landing pages and user funnels for both lead generation and sales conversion. Proficient in marketing analytics platforms including Google Analytics and others that are comparable Working knowledge of HTML/CSS. WordPress experience required.
