The Account Manager is paired with a Client Success Manager for all of the clients that they are responsible for and will need to work closely with the Success Manager to ensure the best services are provided to our clients. This Role will be responsible for 100 to 140 accounts.Additionally, the Account Manager may work to develop complete customer solutions consisting of FranchiseRamp’s world class products. In order to navigate a noisy online world, our team of digital marketing experts makes it their mission to find the custom formula that wins for franchise owners —taking leads from online, to on-site.While our mission is to drive results that matter to franchisees through tech-driven, scalable, and measurable digital marketing solutions, our values can be summed up in three words— We Live Franchising.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS & TESTING (90% of time)Directly manage the marketing efforts for our clients through the optimization of and performance management through social media campaigns.Create campaigns, create, and research assets and copy for Facebook account performance and optimization.Manage business settings within multiple social media platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager.Conduct testing and data analysis to determine best performing and most successful social media advertising campaigns.Proactively discover, brainstorm and solve strategies for implementing changes in objectives, audience, placements, offer, creative initiatives, including copywriting etc.Create cold traffic and remarketing campaigns from front to back on multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and etc.).Optimize and leverage client’s ad spend budgets while overseeing multiple campaigns, clients, and initiatives within an ever changing environment.Responsible for over $3M+ in ad spending for multiple campaigns, multiple clients, and multiple brands.Provide support and feedback to the Customer Success TeamPRODUCT RESEARCH (10% of time)Actively research and stay up to date on digital marketing trends as well as potential new channels and advertising strategies; industry best practices and engagement marketing.JOB KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Proven knowledge of Account Management principles, practices and standards.1 to 2 years of experience with a marketing agencyPersists in the face of obstacles through collaborating with multiple cross-functional internal teams to design and implement effective client strat.Expertise in all things Facebook & Facebook Ads Manager (2+ years)Internal client relationship building with an accountability mindset and critical thinking.Platform reporting and tracking setup experience.
