The main function of this position will be to execute marketing strategies across a variety of ad platforms that support player acquisition.Core Responsibilities: Management of day-to-day acquisition functions on the Facebook ad platformAssistance with management of Google ad platforms, especially Google searchWork with integration teams to fast-track marketing tech needsDevelop KPI reports for tracking marketing spend and returnUse performance analytics to inform future decisionsMake creative requests and inform the art teams of resultsResearch new social advertising platformsOther duties as assigned.Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in working in a similar role advertising a top grossing appComplete understanding of mobile games KPIs and lifetime-value cycleVery detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects at the same timeHighly advanced Excel skillsPreferred skills: Experience with developing quarterly advertising budgetsExperience working in a fast-paced environmentRush Street Interactive is an equal opportunity employer and committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
