In this role, you’ll play a role in managing BMs online marketing presence as well as in driving sales of BM distributed brands through e-commerce channels and partnerships, eventually leading a team of and owning the P&L for a number of brands. You will be responsible for developing the capability within BM to support the growth of partner brands through online / eCommerce channels. This is a value-added service offered to BM brands, supported by budgets that the brands, and sometimes BM, contribute to promote the brand. Our goal is to be able to drive additional foot traffic to stores where BM brands are distributed through effective b2c online advertising campaigns. We are looking for strong people management skills, client/partnership experience, strategic orientation, and quantitative/analytical aptitude are a must. You should also be resourceful, flexible, entrepreneurial at heart, and conscious of the bottom line. Responsibilities: Manage eCommerce P&L for assigned brands Monitor, analyze, and optimize spending strategy for brand clients across your verticals Lead a team while fostering development, ensuring engagement, and executing on company strategies Inspire, recognize, coach, and lead on a day-to-day basis. Work with senior leadership to lead the efforts for new strategic brand partnerships Develop strong partner relationships and lead monthly partner meeting marketing meetings Manage cross-functional relationships across Product, Marketing, Business Operations, and Partnerships teams as it relates to managing your brands Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years experience across startups, quantitative analysis, performance marketing, financial services, consulting, or growth industries Experience managing ad budgets on platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, Instacart, etc 2+ years experience directly managing teams Strong expertise in Excel (e.g. Vlookup, pivot tables, formatting) and comfortable with data analysis P&L ownership experience preferred We offer: Competitive salary: $85 – $120.000 Benefits: health & life insurance, dental, vision Full-time, remote position Direct impact on rapidly growing business Growth opportunities – the sky’s the limit!
