| Job Description : | Head Of Paid Social AdvertisingLooking for an individual to fill the position at a law firm in Miami, Florida. Experience and knowledge in Marketing required. Social Media experience required. Experience and knowledge in Google and Facebook ads preferred.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesYour role as a our Head of Paid Social includes, but not limited to the following:Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Facebook ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis.Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.Use a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives. Assist in the development of media strategy and building paid media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, optimizations, etc.)Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.Ensure Funnels/Websites Are Working and Setup Correctly Ready For TrafficOptimize and Split TestWeekly client communication + measurement of important numbers & KPIsGive direction to creative team so that they can be updating creatives on FB ads accountsEnsure all tracking codes are installed and working correctlyBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesRemote position available, but local is preferred.ORGANIC Social Media experience is a huge plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $98,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Please describe your experience in marketing.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Facebook Ads: 1 year (Preferred)Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
