Summary of the role Develop and implement large highly complex content design strategies in a matrixed environment. Ensure all work is aligned to the content strategy plan and value proposition. Responsible for meeting outputs and goals of content plans including quality, speed to market, and return on investment. What you’ll do: Work with business owners and value proposition leads to determine the best content strategy design framework for their needs, directing the data needed on the audience, marketing funnel stage journey and most appropriate delivery format Provide consultation on strategy design framework, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, channel activation etc in support of robust content strategy development. Drive continuous improvement of content strategy looking for new content objects or better ways to amplify existing ones Conducts market analysis to inform the content strategy Develop content brief and initiate workflow Identify, analyze, manage, and monitor a range of stakeholders and communications clearly and regularly Ensure content plan aligns with business goals and objectives. Define content leverage and sourcing plan to determine the reuse of internal assets or the need for external suppliers for each element of the content delivery plan Track return on investment; determine what is and is not working and makes recommendations to refine strategy Own selected content objects and channels managing their performance, relevance and purpose, updating the service catalogue as needed Knowledge skills and abilities required: Who you are: Why Work for Us? |
