To be successful, you will have the aptitude to thrive in a growing organization, possess the ability to translate raw data into visual outputs that add value and drive decision making, and be a curious, critical thinker.Responsibilities: Develop/streamline reports and dashboards to provide transparency in monitoring marketing performance across both B2B and D2C verticals to drive business recommendationsBuilding models and framing solutions that translate into actionable business recommendationsParticipate in the exploration/understanding of new measurement and analysis methodologiesParticipate in new business development activitiesCollaborate with our Business Development and Marketing gurus in order to achieve KPIs and understand the growing needs of our customersLead and help grow new capabilities from an analytics/measurement perspectiveAssist in the modeling and management of new service deliverables and SOPsResponsible for developing, leading, and achieving departmental objectivesMentor team on building and maintaining measurement plans based on strategic imperatives, communications objectives and media strategiesProvide data/research support to client/planning teamsMaintain general knowledge of campaign performance across clientsGenerate reporting and analysis of trends and insights for internal and external disseminationEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field2-3 years in an analytical role with direct experience in digital consumer marketing, e-commerce, research, and/or health and wellnessExperience and/or education in Pharma, healthcare, health and wellness a plusAbility to translate raw data into useable, action driving metricsExtensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)Knowledge of: SQL, QlikSense, Tableau, and other data/analytic technologies including Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, WebTrends, Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, market research, lifetime value, ROI,Strong written and verbal communication skillsWho you are: Passionate about data, equally excited about translating raw data into visuals that allow your teammates to understand and leverage the data in order to grow and improveFlexible, nimble, and thrive in a start-up environment that includes a high level of collaborationHighly analytical and organized combined with being a strong data-driven storyteller#INDGXJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital Marketing, Ecomm, research or health/wellness: 2 years (Preferred)Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)SQL, QlikSense or Tableau: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
