Job Description : Description: The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and work with the sales team and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns on time and on budget. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Execute on tactics in marketing plans, including: Training Programs – Support ongoing training webinar programs including setting up GoToWebinar events, drafting email promotions, and generating certificates and attendee reports. Video Editing – Support on-demand training program, marketing videos and more using Adobe Premiere Pro/Creative Cloud. Video Production – Create video and photos for different marketing campaigns. Trade shows, Conferences and Professional Meetings – Manage conference participation, including booking exhibit space, registrations and sponsorships, delivery of exhibit booth and materials, arranging travel and coordinating sponsorships. Oversee professional memberships. Manage payments & handle shipping etc. Writing – Generate copy for emails, landing pages and blogs in Hubspot, and social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Content marketing calendar- maintain an online calendar of social media posts, email blasts and events. Print and Promotional Items – Manage production and dissemination of sales promotional items, print materials, and corporate branding materials. Website and Customer Center – Update various areas of website and Customer Center platform using Joomla. Develop new training areas to feature and promote existing video assets. Social media management – maintain LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter channels with steady flow of content. Identify new ways to gain followers and engagement. Generate quarterly metric reports. Company Communications – Work with Human Resources to create company blog posts, emails and newsletters. Oversee updates to company monitors. Manage Marketing Process including: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative lead generation strategies Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Manage integration between Hubspot and Salesforce Minimum Required Skills: Proven working experience in digital marketing Confident marketing writer Knowledge of the following software and platforms: Hubspot or another marketing automation program, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, Zoom, Wistia, Canva.com, Google Sheets, Docs and Slides (or Excel, Word and Powerpoint), Teamwork or other project management tool, iSpring Learn, Adobe Creative Cloud.
