We’re looking for a Marketing and Operations Associate to join our iGaming team focusing on Casino and DraftKings’ non-sports lines of business. In this role, you will create engaging content for our casino customers, focusing on planning and executing VIP promotions. You’ll continuously seek to optimize the DraftKings casino player experience and work closely with various teams and stakeholders to make this happen. What you’ll do as an iGaming Marketing & Operations Associate, VIP: Support the iGaming VIP Promotions team in planning, setup, and execution of daily iGaming promotions while working closely with the CRM, Customer Experience, and Operations teams Work closely with the analytics team to support the VIP Promotions team in the ongoing setup of tests, analysis, review, and optimization of our iGaming VIP promotions. Become an expert using our internal marketing and bonus tools; always looking to optimize processes and enable flawless execution across multiple apps and states. Be heavily involved in the planning and execution of our larger casino sitewide promotions and leaderboards, and you’ll constantly look to improve these experiences for our customers. Help manage the creative assets process for iGaming VIP promotions and marketing assets, including briefing the creative team, updating promotion templates, 3rd party approval, and setting up promotion landing pages. Work with the Customer Experience (CX) Team and our VIP hosts daily to help proactively diagnose and solve promotions-related questions from our VIP customers. What you’ll bring: Ideally, you have at least relevant online B2C experience. Strong understanding, interest, or passion for casino games: Slots, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, etc. A data driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key marketing metrics. Experience with digital marketing operation tools and have demonstrated the ability to learn and master new tools rapidly.
