| Job Description : | Allied Business Solutions is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Boise.This individual will have experience in overall marketing tasks including video creation, collateral design, email campaigns, social media, SEO optimization, etc. The successful candidate will be creative, driven, and capable of completing projects with minimal direction. The position will report to the Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:Assist in creating brand awareness, special events planning, etc.Day-to-day maintenance of Allied’s online presence: social media, promotions, etc.Work directly with marketing team to develop event strategy and objectives, spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy and more.Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline.Assist in the creation of artwork and graphic design for brochures, posters, presentations, ads, social media, and emails, etc.Assists in marketing surveys, research projects, and focus groups from initial questionnaire to compiling information.Manage and coordinate multi-functional projects.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Develop understanding of industry, product knowledge, and product strategies.Understanding of and ability to leverage up Digital Marketing platforms, SEO.Outstanding interpersonal skills.Well-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solving.Strong proof-reading skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and within a transformational team environment.Detail oriented with outstanding customer service skills.Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.Familiarity with the Google Suite, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Office.Familiarity with Adobe suite of design software.Essential Qualifications:Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in performing marketing duties preferred.Strong graphics abilities.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to facilitate discussions with all internal departments in a diplomatic and constructive manner and to support customer relations.Strong organization and problem-solving skills.Strong computer skills: Windows based PC programs; (i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook) and InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator experience preferred.Passionate and knowledgeable about emerging digital media and its technology.Positive, friendly, and supportive attitude with a superior work ethic.Excellent time management skills, adherence to company policies, programs, and work rules.Ability to work well under pressure.Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven.Other Requirements:Physical demands include sits, squats, bends, lifts up to 30 pounds and moves during working hours.Responsibilities may change from time to time.
