Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Automation Specialist will be a power user of our MAP (marketing automation platform) Pardot and fully leverage its capabilities. In this role you will be responsible for the functional setup, testing, launch, maintenance and reporting of automated online marketing campaigns, and will handle data cleansing and manipulation in Pardot. This individual will work closely with operations teams, content managers and project managers to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within Pardot and will define and implement new functionality. This person will have a strong foundation in marketing automation and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pardot, is organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail, works well and communicate effectively with others and has a passion for digital applications. Responsibilities: Demonstrate mastery of Pardot core principles including general administration, lead scoring, syncing with SFDC, email marketing, Engagement Studio and landing page/form design. Develop digital marketing assets. Activities may include email and landing page design, lead capture form creation, building engagement programs, email and newsletter templates with HTML/CSS/Javascript. Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Pardot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these for improvements Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software (Pardot) Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance data to produce insights, and adjust campaigns accordingly. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth Qualifications: Benefits: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
