Job Description : Job Summary Marketing Communications Strategist Wolfson Children’s Hospital of Jacksonville Position Summary: Responsible for helping to develop and execute data-driven, on-brand strategic plans for targeted audiences to achieve growth objectives for key service lines and programs within Wolfson Children’s, a nationally known and ranked pediatric health care organization that is part of Baptist Health and based out of Jacksonville, Florida. This position, which reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager for Wolfson Children’s, will help promote the Wolfson Children’s brand and network of care both locally and regionally, as well as nationally and globally (when appropriate). What You’ll Do: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans with measurable objectives in collaboration with manager, service line leaders, Business Development and other Marketing and Communications colleaguesStrategize on the most effective tactics to meet objectives and ensure the effective execution of agreed-upon tactics for key internal and external audiences, including consumers, physicians and parents/patients, to address marketing prioritiesIdeate and write/edit copy for a variety of business purposes and channels in order to create original, effective digital and traditional marketing assets that fulfill plans/campaignsMonitor and regularly report on KPIs for strategic marketing activities to help measure effectiveness and ROI, and assess against business goalsDevelop business cases to support new marketing strategies/tactics and budget requestsActively use insights from analytics to determine best practices and apply learnings to marketing tactics and plansCollaborate with communications, web, CRM, design/production, and market research/planning teams to inform/create innovative marketing solutions and continually improve tactic/campaign effectiveness in driving desired business outcomesWork cross-functionally and collegially with internal Baptist Health/Wolfson Children’s departments, as well as peers at key pediatric healthcare organizations, vendors, clinical leaders, administrators, etc.Act as liaison between Wolfson Children’s key service line owners and web team to ensure web content is up to date and in alignment with marketing strategiesAll other duties as assigned What You’ll Need: Significant experience with marketing principles and how digital and traditional content fit into marketing and communications campaigns. Significant knowledge in key areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, display media, mobile, content marketing, email marketing and CRMAbility to engage stakeholders, using data to articulate a vision, strategy or ideaBe a team player with a self-starter mindset and strong interpersonal and relationship management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCan-do attitude with strong attention to detailSelf-directed and reliable in planning and completion of tasks, with excellent project management skills to work on a range of initiatives, from large- to small-scaleAbility to juggle multiple projects and deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently (and remotely) and as part of a collaborative team, and willingness to work onsite as neededAccountability, professionalism and flexibility (including willingness to help with other projects not necessarily part of job description, where needed)Strong interest in the mission and the work of Wolfson Children’s Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing or related fieldMaster’s degree preferred Experience 4+ years of marketing experience requiredHealthcare experienced desired but not required Special Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPointProven experience in connecting digital marketing efforts to ROI using digital tools, including Google Analytics and Google AdWords (certification is a plus)Experience with Google Data Studio a plusExperience with marketing automation (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus In addition to completing this application, please send digital marketing writing samples and relevant analytic report(s) to Baptist Health Recruiter heather.moroz@bmcjax.com.
