Position Summary:
This position will report to the Marketing Manager and act as a content and product expert for web, brochure, and guest documents. Key responsibilities involve project traffic management, proofreading, copywriting, and editing. The position will also assist in the production of brand collateral, promotional materials, presentations, webinars, digital asset management, and other marketing projects for Destination America, TTC, or the brands.
This role offers a hybrid (blend of remote and in office) work schedule, from our Cypress CA office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Management:
Primary role is to work in TTC’s content management system (Content1) to create new trips, maintain existing copy, notes, and images
Access, utilize, and correctly distribute trip information housed in the Master Travel Experiences Files
Exercise expert proofreading and copyediting skills for Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, and Costsaver brand websites, brochures, marketing materials according to brand mandated styles and stringent deadlines
Coordinate distribution of proofs through several rounds with the Travel Experiences, Contracting, and Costing & Pricing teams for checking of all itinerary content, maps, image selections, captions, and pagination for accuracy
Responsible for updating trips in Content1 with provided changes and sending any corrections to overseas production team and brands using the brand’s agreed upon annotation system
Regularly communicate and engage with brands’ global marketing teams to ensure deadlines and expectations are being met
Review all product content for accuracy of trip information, ensure consistency between brochure content and web content
Work closely with Travel Experiences, Contracting, Operations, Product Build, and overseas web departments to ensure accuracy of information on brand websites

Guest & On Tour Documentation
Create, proofread, and assign applicable branding to Guest Documents in Content1
Upload descriptions and pricing for optional experiences and assign to itineraries
Distribute Guest Documents to Operations Team for review and approval
Troubleshoot any errors or distribution problems with appropriate teams
Work with Field Staff and Operations departments to keep on tour documents up-to-date and maintain data accuracy and consistency for all Destination America product.
Marketing Support
Maintain travel experiences database, sales guides, and technical trip information in Airtable for all global TTC teams
Assist with annual product presentations and monthly webinars
Assist with maintenance and organization of the Digital Asset Management system, including procurement of images via Travel Experiences, Contracting, photoshoots, and staff on the road
Create and order of any materials required by the broader DA team, such as business cards, posters, etc.
Other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum one year of marketing (or related field) experience required
Experience in content management, project management, graphic design, and travel industry experience a plus
Full mastery of English grammar, spelling, copyediting, and proofing skills required. Superior writing skills preferred
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Geography or Hospitality preferred
General knowledge of web content management and brochure production from design to print as plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and content management system experience preferred
Ability to work independently as well as with various teams required
Vision correctable to 20/20 with reasonable accommodation required. Able to lift 20 lbs. with reasonable accommodation preferred
