Our goal is to make it easier for anyone to master the art of flying.We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can support and improve our operations for marketing events and digital marketing campaigns. This individual will work directly with the Director of Marketing and be part of a small, fast-paced team that fuels the sales pipeline and promotes the growth of the Redbird brand. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist who is eager to learn and able to make positive impacts in multiple areas of our marketing operations. S/he will be expected to work primarily at our office in South Austin (which will relocate to Kyle, TX this summer) with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.Primary ResponsibilitiesEvent Logistics and PromotionOrganize, track, and act on event deadlines (order show services and rental equipment, supply marketing assets, plan and secure travel and lodging accommodations)Work with internal and external teams to ensure timely assessment and delivery of products and marketing materials needed for eventsHelp develop and execute pre-and-post-event digital campaigns (website, social media, email, blog, etc.)Lead and execute the planning for the annual Redbird Migration Flight Training ConferenceServe as the primary point of contact for event logisticsDigital Marketing AutomationPlan and schedule the distribution of marketing emails, blog posts, social media posts, gated content, and press releasesDevelop sequences and workflows that support sales enablement and the goals of various digital marketing campaignsCreate reports on the performance of marketing channels and campaignsConduct A/B tests to optimize performanceCreate and optimize systems for delivering marketing assets to customers and vendorsQualificationsExcellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing prioritiesAdept verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and team-oriented — excited by the opportunity to jump into something newStrong attention to detailTechnology skills and confidence necessary to learn unfamiliar programs quickly and effectivelyUnderstanding of social media platforms, from a creative and operational perspectiveBachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience preferredAviation experience and/or interest a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
