Job Description :	Overview: Marketing Data Analyst Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst who will support efforts to track and analyze our digital marketing initiatives through numerous campaigns targeting organizations in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Industrial markets. This data-driven, detail-oriented individual will collect and report on metrics across various marketing channels for our environmental services and plastics recycling business units. Objectives & Responsibilities Analyze performance metrics across our marketing channels and activities: SEO, Paid Search, Email, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Social Media, Webinars. Identify trends and relationships within marketing and sales data. Involvement in the analysis of key campaigns for monthly ROI meetings with executive stakeholders. Develop and execute processes for identifying and tracking marketing attribution. Partner with our sales team to provide insights on lead generation and pipeline to determine why some leads convert and others do not. Support and drive interpretation, socialization, and adoption of operational marketing reports. Monitor marketing-qualified lead (MQL) scores and adjust lead scoring models as necessary. Practice email marketing data cleanliness, manage segmentation, and monitor overall email deliverability. Develop benchmarking methodology using internal and external sources. Conduct A/B testing to increase engagement, including increased clicks and conversions. Analyze competitors’ marketing initiatives. Desired Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience in a similar role; 2-3 years of experience working in Data Analytics or Marketing Operations. MBA a plus. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Google Suite: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console. Strong understanding of data quality, data standards, and data visualization. Experience with CRM, marketing, and reporting tools. SQL experience a plus. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, detail-oriented, and organized. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
