Job Description : The Real Estate Marketing Director (MD) is responsible for developing the overall Marketing Strategy as well as building and leading the Marketing Team for The Redux Group. Responsibilities will include devising a comprehensive strategy for client and talent acquisition, branding, and owning all aspects of the marketing function including brand awareness, corporate image, the marketing calendar, social media marketing, and analytics. The MD will work collaboratively with the Inside Sales Director to drive client acquisition and will be a valuable member of the Leadership Team. Reporting to the COO, the MD will manage a marketing team of one to start, which will grow over time.
In this role, you’ll have exposure to many areas of real estate marketing with the opportunity to build the marketing function and team while growing professionally yourself.
Compensation:
$90,000
Responsibilities:
Lead generation:
Build and place advertisements to acquire high-quality buyer and seller leads – B2C
Determine marketing mix to cost-effectively acquire customers across various marketing channels including social media, company website, Google paid search, email marketing, direct mail
Build campaigns that target high value and repeat customers
Promotion Planning:
Build and manage a marketing calendar to ensure consistent presence across digital and offline channels
Email marketing:
Develop automated flows
Manage email calendar
Create customer segmentation and communication strategy
Develop iterative A/B testing process
Social Media:
Build, develop, and roll out a social media presence that encompasses various online platforms like Facebook, Google My Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok
Develop scalable processes that allow for rapid execution
Provide direction for the Social Media team
Community Development:
Plan, develop and manage community engagement campaigns like quarterly client events to generate repeat referral business
Creative Design:
Design, develop and disseminate digital and physical marketing collateral
Write copy, develop visual designs, and place ads as necessary
Corporate Branding:
Clarify our unique value propositions
Create a unified corporate voice that appeals to customers, agents, and employees
Disseminate corporate branded messaging and collateral to attract agents and employees to the team
Qualifications:
BS or BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, advanced degree a plus
4-5+ years of experience managing and executing B2C marketing campaigns aimed at client acquisition and retention, preferably in real estate industry
Ability to envision, propose, build, and drive new initiatives to increase overall awareness, corporate image, and client acquisition
Strong copywriting, editing, and speaking skills across multiple mediums including web, digital, and print collateral, advertising, and social media
Experience managing digital marketing including (Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Strong track record of achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly personal and team activity and outcome goals
Professional knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate industry is preferable
Strong computer/technical skills and ability to quickly master new software
Excellent people management and motivation skills
Creative eye for design and/or graphic design skills a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills – ability to collaborate to achieve results defined as attracting and acquiring high-quality buyer and seller leads and attracting agents
Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Photography and videography skills are a bonus
